Do you combine shipping?
Combined (discounted) shipping is available for multiple purchases that can be shipped together and are paid for in one transaction. You must contact me PRIOR to paying to receive discounted shipping.
Do you accept returns?
No returns unless I have misrepresented the items in any way, I will refund your money, provided the item(s) is(are) returned to me in the condition you received it(them). I strive to provide excellent customer service. I will do my best to ensure your satisfaction. Buyer must pay shipping to return items.
Is insurance required?
Insurance is optional, unless stated in listing. I carefully package items to avoid damage, but if you choose not to purchase insurance, I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
